Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for UK orders and 7–21 business days for international orders. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Where available, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order is lost in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it. Please note we do not offer refunds for damaged items unless the wrong product was sent.
